Aluna - A Polynesian Style Catamaran Sailboat
Her name echoes the cosmic principle of the Kogui Indians of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Northern Colombia.
Her shape is inspired by the ancient people of the South Pacific, masters of long distance navigation guided by the stars, and their amazing technical craft has been refined and adapted to modern materials by the British design team James Wharram and Hanneke Boon.
Her destiny is the unknown world lurking beyond the horizon of our fears. Powered by sun and wind she will glide across the sea of consciousness away from the material mind.
But first, it needed to be born...
